Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Products must be full-priced
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition
• Body care products must remain unopened due to hygiene reasons
• Sale items, promotional purchases, and clearance items are final sale
• Refunds apply to the product cost only (shipping and handling are non-refundable)
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend sending returns via registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Handcrafted Products

Our trays and home décor pieces are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or small air bubbles are part of the natural crafting process and are not considered faults.

These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of handcrafted design and are not eligible for return under change-of-mind requests.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
