Pricing

All prices listed on www.malissagrande.com include applicable taxes and exclude shipping costs.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Within Australia

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
  • Orders placed after 11:00am AEST will be processed from the following business day
  • Any unexpected delays will be communicated by our team

Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking details, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details and dispatch confirmation where needed.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact care@malissagrande.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.

We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Returns

For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition.

Sale items, promotional purchases, and opened body care products are final sale.

Orders returned due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect may incur a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Handcrafted Products

Our trays and home décor pieces are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and small air bubbles are part of the natural crafting process and are not considered faults.

These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of handcrafted design.

Product appearance may also vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and natural material variations over time.
